In the Dedicated Facilities model, Espire reserves resources, equipment and infrastructure, exclusively for the customer. Whilst such a model is normally for a pre-determined minimal period of time, it allows the client to leverage the talent pool of Espire, the cost effectiveness of such an offering and superiority of our Project Management. This too can be Fixed Price, Time and Material based Price or Hybrid and can also be Onsite, Offsite, Offshore or any combination of these.

A successful model that we have successfully handled in the past is the Co-sourcing model, wherein the client also deploys resources to the dedicated facility besides the ones that have been deployed by Espire. Part of the project being under Espire’s responsibility and part under the client, the Project Management can be a shared responsibility too.
