We leverage our global delivery capability to offer services “on-site” at the client’s very own premises or “off-shore” at Espire’s world-class software development center in New Delhi, India. In many situations we have even set up a development center exclusively for our clients in the same city where the client itself is established. In fact we have given it a name too – “Offsite”. In such situations we undertake the development at the offsite center and coordinate with the user team for coordination and roll out by deploying resources onsite.

Service Delivery Model - Onsite-Offshore-Offsite capabilities:

• Offshore projects are executed at our SEI CMMI Level 5, ISO 27001:2005 and ISO 9001:2000 accredited facility in India.
• On-site projects are executed by our consultants at the client's location.
• Off-site services are executed by our consultants at our own development facilities in the client's respective city/country.

Depending upon our client's desires, these delivery models can be such that the Project Management is under the responsibility and supervision of Espire or in situations where our clients simply desire to augment their IT team; we deploy resources on a time bound basis without taking over the responsibility of Project Management.
