The Time and Materials pricing business model is a traditional pay-as-you-go approach to developing a project. In this type of service model Espire typically provides all resources and project management.
In this business model, Espire identifies and forms a project team with the required development members, project managers, equipment and infrastructure based on project requirements. Based on the team size and structure, our customers pay a monthly cost. Most of our onsite projects require the flexibility to balance team size and project workloads, and hence are delivered using this business model.
The Time and Materials pricing model is used when:
- it is difficult to determine project scope
- making accurate estimates is a complex task
- explicitly defining specifications and implementation plans is indispensable
Approach to pricing used by service businesses in which the total billing is composed of actual direct materials and parts cost, actual direct labor cost, plus a percentage markup of each to cover overhead costs, and a profit factor.
The flexibility to balance team size and project workloads is offered by this model. We prefer to use this model in most of our onsite services. Espire also follows the approach of bidding for partial phases of a project on a fixed price basis and the remaining parts on a time and material basis, enabling the client to have complete flexibility in using our teams in tasks that coincide with their area of expertise.
In Time and Materials pricing model, we provide our expert consultants to work seamlessly as part of client teams to provide quality solutions. Our consultants have excellent technical, communication and interpersonal skills. Time-to-time advanced training provided to our consultants help in keeping them on the cutting edge of information technology. |
