Job Description:

• Client interaction, understanding requirements, designing architecture, developing project plan.
• Core Java,J2EE Architecture, SOA Architecture, Design Patterns with Websphere/Weblogic with Spring and Hibernate.
• Should have expertise in XML,webservices and should have worked on Open Technologies like Tomcat,Apache etc.
• Expereinced in Requirement capturing and making use cases using UML.
• Should have people management experience of leading large teams at offshore and onsite.
• End to end delivery responsibility Lead a team of highly skilled and talented software professionals working on cutting-edge technologies.
• Managing ISMS/ISO technical documents, SOPs & procedures.
• Creating & maintaining documentation to support compliance / IT Security and audit requirements.
• Working with development team and business users to develop and document business requirements Strong People/Team management skills
• Excellent Customer focus and interaction skills Developing functional specifications for the project as required based on the business requirements
• Candidate with exposure to ISMS policy and ISO standards preferred.
• Track and ensure all business requirements are met for the project Creating a project plan in conformance with our Client's OEM IT software development process methodology Leveling and balancing workload allocations for project resources to ensure that there is no imbalance in work load allocation
• Maintaining project schedule and communicating project status Tracking project budget to ensure that the project does not exceed allocated project budget Ensure deliverables, offshore coordination for large J2EE project

Desired Profile:

• B.E/ BTech/ MTech/ MSc would be preferred.
• More than 7 years of total IT experience with at least 6 years of relevant development experience on Java/J2EE platform including various design patterns like factories, MVC, Singleton, Ajax.
• Application Server like Web sphere or Web Logic Very strong technical background is preferred.
• Must have an understanding of Java Framework/Java, web development, XML transaction processing.
• Ability to lead multiple projects, excellent communication skills and ability to manage international clients.
• Candidate should have thorough understanding of software development methodologies and should possess strong project management skills
