Espire encourages and recognises the personnel for their outstanding performance & potential. All such personnel who demonstrate excellence in their role and responsibilities are given recognition through various formal and informal meets. Formal recognition is normally awarded in the form of commendation certificates, gifts, shopping coupons, all expenses paid vacations, bonuses and increments, promotions, etc. Informal recognition happens through compliments in the staff meeting by the Head of the Department.
At Espire people development is a framework to identify and exploit people potential and prepare them to assume roles in the organisation. It seeks to align development of individuals with the business needs and is effected through:
- Performance Review System - We customise a performance review framework enabling:
- Position Description: We bring in more clarity to the roles by outlining the KRAs' and define the deliverables on which performance can be measured objectively.
- Performance Benchmarking: We develop a detailed metrics to evaluate on-the-job performance across levels and functions.
- Performance Assessment: We assess a group of individuals on the major achievements in his/her job, as well as, the way the results have been achieved.
- Based on the feedback received from the supervisor counseling and development plans are formulated.
Espire has an Assessment Process in place wherein personnel with high potential after scientific identification are routed into a career progression after qualifying certain parameters followed with a detailed discussion with the HR and the Project Managers. Personnel not qualifying for this career progression are taken through a tutorial session as a road map towards their needs for improvement in order to overcome their shortcomings.
Our team of IT consultants and ITES executives are given regular incentives to keep them motivated and attain higher productivity and accuracy with each passing day. Employees are counseled for their career planning and development
- Counseling: Counsel participating employees to identify and prioritise key development areas, which allow him or her to take ownership of the development.
- Development Plans: Formulation of in-depth time-bound development plans for the individual based on assimilated feedback from the entire process.
We believe that the most worthwhile inputs for betterment of people practices come from employees themselves. We aim to treat our employees just as our employees treat their customers and it is important to us that they are satisfied. Thus we invite employee feedback for continuous improvement of people programs and identify employee perceptions on "Critical to Espire employee" parameters. This survey is conducted every year.
