Document Processing refers to the process of capturing, digitizing and processing of data originating from different sources. With the advent of the Internet and multimedia technologies, sources have widened to include not only printed documents and images, but sounds and videos as well.

New output media includes databases on servers, hard copy publications, CD authoring and managing records resulting from internet based queries.

Data Entry and Processing

• We use industry standard image processing software while undertaking cropping & resizing of images in various formats such as bmp, jpeg, gif etc. for clients who provide the inputs in the form of images.

• The complete process involves collecting client data, converting the same into master data, tabulation & validation and finally transferring output back to the client.

OCR & ICR Processing 

• Automated data capture methods like Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) and Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) are ideal for high speed processing of a large volume of forms which have identical fields to be filled.
• Apart from forms, we have expanded such automated methods in line of transaction processing. OCR uses specialized software to turn scanned images into editable text. Using these cutting-edge technologies, Espire turns paper documents into re-usable formats, such as PDF files, MS Word files or HTML pages.
• Being used to such automated methods of document processing Espire provides its OCR perfection services in various formats such as: Checks with OCR, Full text with OCR, Indexing using OCR, Barcode recognition, Hand-written text with ICR.

Online Data Capture 

• Being equipped with a high bandwidth Internet connection we can upload data on the client’s online Web application as per requirements.
• Input data could be either single or multi-punch for output in ASCII, column binary or variety of other formats and widely different sources, such as Encyclopedia, questionnaires, insurance claims processing, Web design, warranty registrations and guest/ customer comment cards.
• We are flexible in case of Data Formats. We can deliver the data in any format including Database, Excel Format (.xls), Acrobat Portable, HTML, ASCII or any other format as the need be. Final output can be provided through FTP upload, Direct Modem Transfer, CD-R or CD-W.
