Customer satisfaction is Espire’s highest priority.  We achieve this goal by continuously improving the cost effectiveness and performance of all our products and processes, as well as focusing on innovation. We have an uncompromising commitment to providing our customers with quality technical products and services, while meeting high moral and ethical standards in the performance of our jobs.

Over the years, as the software projects have grown in size, numbers, complexity, and technological diversity, it necessitated to define a common, consistent, evolving and cost-effective software processes that can be used across all projects. Additionally, with such processes in place, it became possible to implement continuous process improvements, using the established processes and recorded results as baselines.

At Espire, quality performance means two things:

  • we go that extra mile to satisfy our customers by delivering products and services that meet their specified requirements cost-effectively and on time
  • we are committed to continuously improving the processes by which we provide our products and services

Espire lays strong focus on process quality to consistently deliver on time, cost-effective, high-quality solutions. This is done through a well defined, mature and continuously improving Quality Management System (QMS), which has evolved over a period of several years.

The quality systems at Espire match the best in the world, and contribute significantly to our performance and growth. We have instituted stringent quality assurance and control measures across the organization. We believe that sustained quality is most critical for our existence. 

At Espire, we maintain an active, company-wide Quality program. We follow these steps to ensure that quality performance is achieved:

  • we rely on the integrity of each employee
  • we insist that our managers meet contractual requirements
  • we place responsibility for quality with those who do the work
  • we undertake to assure through a system of independent technical and management reviews and continual quality improvement that we meet our commitments

In addition, Espire encourages employees to have a personal stake in the quality of our products and services and the performance of the company as a whole.
 
At Espire, the quality of services is not limited to just either the Software or the BPO operations, rather quality is intrinsic to all the aspects and a strong emphasis is laid on the process quality to meet the customer requirements consistently and translate into customer benefits. All activities that could affect the service delivery and or compatibility with client expectations are viewed as detrimental to quality. Espire lays strong focus on process quality to consistently deliver on time, cost-effective, high-quality solutions. This is done through a well defined, mature and continuously improving Quality Management System (QMS), which has evolved over a period of several years.

The key quality objective for Espire is to seek continuous improvement of the systems, products and services that we produce and deliver, so as to ensure customer satisfaction or customer delight. The delight comes from not only meeting the stated needs but also meting the implied needs of the customer. This also means that we will provide competitive products, systems and solutions to our customers thus providing excellent value for their investment.
