He/she will be responsible for:
- Prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating and closing mid/large sized business deals.
- Building credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business.
- Delivering and exceeding challenging quota-based quarterly sales revenues.
- Developing a healthy pipeline of suspects and prospects and accurately forecasting business deals to be closed.
- Maintaining detailed contact and opportunity information, both accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prospecting to establish new accounts and extending business in existing accounts.
- Representing Espire at various business and industry meetings and trade shows.
- Having a comprehensive channel strategy/multipoint lead generation.
- Leveraging all available networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities.
- Setting customer expectations consistent with Espire's service offerings and delivery potential.
- Leading people, assigning sales targets and managing competency development.
