The senior Management is involved in the evolution and review of the organization's vision and mission. The vision and mission of the organization is shared with all the employees during induction training, through intranet/ Internet, and reiterated in various intergroup meetings from time to time.

Mission: To be the leading developer and provider of innovative and high quality software and services for business applications across the globe.

At Espire we believe in living by the values. Being a global software company we are present in various countries across the globe that practice different cultures, but the key attribute that distinguishes Espire from its counterparts is its strong 'value' practices. The values reinforce our philosophy of adhering to the highest standards of ethics in our treatment of our customers, employees, shareholders and stakeholders.
- Open Atmosphere:
We are proud of our reservoir of qualified people and open culture where everybody is given an opportunity to participate in crucial business decisions. Openness, for us, means that we encourage and support employees in questioning what they do. All employees are provided an environment where they can push their assumed boundaries, and raise their disagreements without fear if they hold differing views on anything. That is where we derive our creativity as an organization. Freedom at work is the freedom to change the way things are, but never at the cost of the result. At Espire, while we demand outstanding teamwork, we also respect the individual and value him as a unique person, with his own specific aspirations and capabilities. Respect for the individual does not mean 'being nice' or 'agreeing' on everything. Real respect comes from the ability to listen, to challenge, to acknowledge, and to confront every individual.
